Day 1 July 30 Penticton

Well I got out to a late start as I had to finish finding things and then packing them away. I decided to take the long and less travelled road to Penticton. 920 km later, after surviving some rain, a temperature drop down to 5 C from 26 C, and a couple of wrong turns I completed my longest riding day in history! Trail to Osoyoos; Curves = 7, Road = 7, Traffic = 4, View = 8.
- Map
- Out of my Garage
- Windmill in Crows Nest Pass (I think the winds were about 60 km this day)
- Frank's Slide, a town is buried below the rocks from a slide in 1903. Photo doesn't do it justice.
- Largest Truck in the world, apparently. I'm not even right in front, it's even bigger.

2 weeks on the West Coast July 30 to Aug 15?

So, I decided to join my buddies Tom and John on a trip to San Francisco and back to Calgary. Here's the attached rough plan as to the path of the Righteous Riders. On Steel horses we ride.
